Garrett Kelly

Garrett Kelly is a graduate of Madonna University with a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise & Sport Science. He played 5 years of collegiate baseball spanning from the levels of junior college, NAIA, and NCAA Division 2. Having grown up a multi-sport athlete, Garrett has developed a passion for working with the next generation of athletes passing along the knowledge he’s gained along the way.

Garrett started his strength & conditioning career as an intern with 2SP Sports during the summer of 2024 and was hired full time following his internship. Since becoming a full-time strength coach with 2SP Sports, Garrett has worked with a wide variety of athletes ranging from youth athletes to professional and college athletes.

Garrett is now the Head Strength Coach for Madonna University baseball, as well as a full-time assistant Strength Coach with the pro hockey group and Athlete Academy at the Athlete Lab in Farmington Hills, MI.
