Meet the Coaches

  • Dillon Kelley

    PGD head coach/mentor & Mobility Specialist

    Dillon graduated from Adrian College with a B.S. in Exercise Science. Currently playing for the Kansas City Mavericks in the ECHL, the Seattle Kraken affiliate, Dillon is in his 6th season of professional hockey having played in the FPHL, SPHL, ECHL, and AHL. DK is a certified mobility SPECIALIST and strength coach. DK has been training goalies since 2015 and has been providing remote goalie specific training programs to goalies of all ages and skill levels since 2019. Over the years, DK has helped hundreds of goalies improve their mobility, strength, and confidence in the net. We created this platform to build a community of goalies who all have one goal in mind, to get better and play at the next level. My entire career I have trained on my own looking for ways to improve my training on and off the ice to give me any advantage i can over my competition. Now, I'M here to do the same for you and provide you with the edge you need to get to the next level.

  • Joe Neal

    Head Strength & Conditioning Coach

    Founder/Owner of 2SP Sports

    Joe has over a decade of experience working with performance athletes. He is a member of the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA). He has also held his Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) cert for almost 10 years. This certification is an accomplishment of educated fitness professionals. He has developed an extraordinary ability to design tailored training regimens for his clients to see the best results. He’s worked with the likes of Olympians, Major League Baseball players, professional boxers, race car drivers, NHL hockey players and many more. Joe’s expertise has made it easy for him to design training protocols for athletes at elite levels all the way down to beginners who have never lifted a weight.

  • Alec Sherk

    Head Strength & Conditioning Coach

    Alec was an athlete in college where he developed his passion for strength & conditioning. After graduating from the University of the Sciences in Philadelphia, Alec started his coaching career at Cressey Sports Performance. At Cressey Sports Performance, Alec got one-on-one coaching experience with a variety of athletes of all ages. Since his internship ended Alec has started to pursue his Master’s degree in Sports Performance.

  • Eric Levine

    Yoga instructor

    Eric graduated from Robert Morris University in Pittsburgh, PA with a bachelor’s degree in psychology and a minor in sports psychology. After playing 4 years of hockey at RMU, he began his professional career with the Syracuse Crunch in the AHL where he went to the Calder Cup Finals. That summer, Eric attended the Nashville Predators main camp before finding his way into the ECHL. Eric spent the next 10 years as a journeyman, playing for 13 different teams. He played on two championship teams, winning the ECHL title with the Newfoundland Growlers in 2019 and the Peoria Rivermen in the SPHL in 2022. The final 3 years of Eric’s career he declined call ups and made Peoria home playing for the Rivemen. Eric went on to set the SPHL record for career shutouts with 18 and ranks 2nd all time in wins with the Rivermen franchise with 99, and accumulated 119 in his pro career. In 2019 during the pandemic, Eric completed his 200 hr YTT yoga training and has been teaching classes ever since. Yoga has not only helped Eric’s athletic career immensely, but given his personal life so much balance and peace. I am excited to work with Pro Goalie Development and make all of our athletes more well rounded on and off the mat.

  • Joe Fava

    Nutrition Specialist

    Having been in the field for the greater part of a decade, Joe started his career during his undergrad. Even then, he sought to learn from the best in the industry. Seeking out trainers and coaches who specialized in everything from corrective exercise, to endurance training, to building speed, strength and power, Joe has thoroughly developed his approach to training athletes at all levels.

  • Sara Reichenbach

    Metal Performance Coach (CEP Mindset)

    Sara was part of the St. Lawrence University women’s ice hockey team that competed in the NCAA Division 1 hockey league ECAC. Sara helped her team appear in four ECAC Hockey Tournaments and two NCAA Frozen Fours. Following her career at St. Lawrence University, Sara played one year of professional hockey with Lugano. Reichenbach has coached one season at the North American Hockey Academy in Vermont, two seasons at Mercyhurst College, two at the University of Maine, and three more seasons at Dartmouth College. She then returned to the University Maine, where she coached for another ten years before joining CEP Mindset. Sara has assisted athletes in competing in the Olympics with their respective National Teams. Sara’s love for coaching the game of hockey was surpassed by the love of helping her athletes consistently perform at their best by developing their mental skills, preparation, and ability to respond to challenges.
